People are our company's most valuable asset.  Only through intimate employee involvement and dedication can Brothers Electronics, Inc. be truly successful.  Our quality procedures follow ISO9001:2000 and AS9120 compliancy.  Monthly Management Review Board meetings create a "Quality Circle" providing an ongoing discussion forum which is a key component to our efforts working toward continuous improvement.  We consider Vendor quality to be important as well.  Working very closely with our partners we have developed positive symbiotic relationships which go a long way towards helping us service our customers to the best of our ability.  Brothers' goal is to be the best supplier to our customers while being the best customer to our suppliers.  We encourage participation through our open door policy inviting a positive dialog between employees and management while taking ownership of the decision making process and making contributions towards continuous improvement.      
 
Sales and Marketing
With a primary expertise and focus on magnetic products, its no wonder Brothers continues to be a leader in this field.  More than half our sales encompass magnetics, complimented by a comprehensive selection of connectors, crystals, switches, relays, capacitors, resistors, LEDs, lamps, batteries, fuses and other related passive components.  The majority of our customer base includes OEMs, contract manufacturers, government, resellers and exporters.  The business entities include communication, instrumentation, industrial controls, medical and other equipment manufacturers involved in both commercial and military market segments.  Brothers Electronics, Inc. is a privately held company with sales exceeding $7 million.
