Our Promise To You
Well, let's face it folks. Unless you're 12 years old and in love with "Jason" from the latest "Boy Band" or riding around in your pimped out low rider listening to [C]Rap or strung out on Ecstasy searching for the next Rave you probably think that most of today's music pretty much sucks. (Maybe not EVERYTHING, but certainly the vast majority)
At least that's how we see things. Simply put, The Grumpy Old Men Band is comprised of a group of musicians that are "experienced" enough to remember when music was played by musicians, not computers and the band members actually sang instead of lip synching.
We know we are not the only people that feel this way. So we decided to do something about it instead of just piss and moan about the sorry state of the current shape of the music industry.
If you like real rock with a back beat, songs you know the words to and can sing along with....Artists like the Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Jimmy Buffett, Van Morrison, Bruce Springsteen, Tom Petty, The Animals, The Kinks and Adam Faith (just to name a few) then you are our kind of people.

To faithfully reproduce the songs of an era that are slowly slipping away...Real Classic Rock and keep them fresh in the minds of those that both remember them and those that may be hearing these great tunes for the first time.
